As most are aware by now, an entire sequence involving “Emissary Predators” was cut from Shane Black’s The Predator before its release last year; the two characters were seemingly going to join forces with the humans to take down the “Ultimate Predator” in the film, but that whole portion of the movie was left on the cutting room floor.
In spite of their removal, NECA has gone ahead and made an Emissary Predator action figure, which gets a full image gallery reveal by the company today.
NECA explains, “Although their scenes were deleted from the final cut of the movie, the Emissary Predators were military Predators who fought alongside the Loonies.”
“Emissary #1 stands over 8” tall and features 30 points of articulation. Includes interchangeable masked and unmasked heads, 2 pairs of hands, and rifle accessory. Comes in collector-friendly deluxe window box packaging with opening flap.”
The figure is expected to release in Quarter 2, 2019.
