NECA just blasted the doors off this year’s New York Toy Fair with the introduction of a brand new line of horror toys: “Toony Terrors”, 6″ reinterpretations of our favorite horror icons as cartoon characters.
While full details are to be revealed, NECA revealed prototypes for Friday the 13th‘s Jason Voorhees, A Nightmare on Elm Street‘s Freddy Krueger, and Pennywise from both the television and feature film adaptation of Stephen King’s It. These look awfully similar to the hysterical “Scooby-Doo” mashups created by IBTrav (pictured above), although we’re told they’re unrelated.
