Back in 2017, Andy Muschietti took us to the infamous “house on Neibolt Street” in his adaptation of Stephen King’s IT, where all kinds of horrors were unleashed. We’ll no doubt be returning to the infamous house later this year in IT Chapter Two, but in the meantime, we simply must shine the spotlight on this insane, small-scale replica we just came across.
Artist Lance Cardinal is the man behind this 1″ scale (1/12 scale) scratch-built replica of the creepy Neibolt Street house, which pitch perfectly captures the house from the movie.
Lance explains, “I really loved the film and thought the production design was amazing! As soon I saw this house in the film I KNEW I had to re-create it in miniature. The entire thing was created from scratch, using pictures from the set that was built for the film in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.”
“So many late-night hours and all my spare time, fueled by passion and my love for horror films!” he continues. “This miniature is 46″wide, 30″deep and 30″high! It includes light up interior and a full front yard and fences as seen in the film. Took me about 2 months to complete.”
Lance actually created the mini replica two years ago, but it’s been brought to our attention today because he’s now selling it off!
