The original Pennywise was of course played by Tim Curry in the 1990 adaptation of Stephen King’s It, and it’s Curry’s Pennywise that Kotobukiya is kicking off a new statue line with.
Brought to our attention by ToyArk, the ARTFX Statue is part of the Japanese company’s DOKODEMO Series, and the 3″ tall pre-painted PVC figure will be released in March 2020.
The statue will be selling for approximately $44, and it depicts an iconic scene from the 1990 mini-series: Pennywise coming out of the shower drain. Check it out below.
The DOKODEMO Series is horror-themed, so expect more icons soon.
