The Valiant Universe is set to kick off with Bloodshot, which stars Vin Diesel as Ray Garrison, a man who is brought back from the dead as a lethal weapon, thanks to Rising Spirit Technologies’ use of nanotechnology.
While Diesel previously showed off the first image of the title character, we now have a sneak peek at his resurrection… in the form of a toy. Toy Ark shares a look at the action figure (apparently from McFarlane Toys) for Bloodshot straight from the New York Comic Con floor.
Guy Pearce (Prometheus, Ravenous) also stars in the film adaptation with Dave Wilson at the helm of the sci-fi actioner, which is being set up as a potential franchise.
Bloodshot will arrive in theaters in 2020.
