Pamela Voorhees, Jason’s loving mother, may have been killed off at the end of the very first Friday the 13th, but that didn’t stop her from making return appearances in some of the other films. Most notably, a dead Mrs. Voorhees emerged from a lake in a Friday the 13th: Part 3 dream sequence, and NECA has now turned that iconic scene into an action figure.
NECA has unleashed the final in-packaging images of the 8″ scale figure today, while also announcing that it’ll begin shipping out to retailers on November 25th.
The “Lady of the Lake” figure depicts Pamela Voorhees as she appears in Chris’ dream sequence: a nightmarishly rotted body emerging from Crystal Lake to pull Chris in.
The detailed figure is fully poseable and stands 8” tall, featuring synthetic hair and distressed clothing.
The resealable clamshell packaging has custom artwork created by Jason Edmiston.
This will be the final Friday the 13th figure NECA will be releasing for a while, as they’re unable to do anything new beyond this one due to the franchise’s ongoing legal issues.
