Vacation is going to really bite for a group of fit young friends on Syfy tonight, as they’re set to encounter a poisonous shark that spits projectile acid. No seriously.
Syfy’s “Sharknado Week” continues tonight with the premiere of MarVista Entertainment’s Toxic Shark, the fourth of five new shark attack flicks hitting the network ahead of this Sunday night’s Sharknado 5: Global Swarming premiere.
