Alongside Margot Robbie reprising the role of Harley Quinn in the upcoming Birds of Prey and (potentially) James Gunn’s Suicide Squad 2, DC’s lovable maniac will also be returning later this year in “Harley Quinn,“ an animated series that’ll be exclusively found on the DC Universe streaming service. Kaley Cuoco is voicing Quinn, and we’ve got the trailer for ya tonight.
Out of Comic-Con, the trailer teases a for-mature-audiences-only animated series, true to the title character’s signature brand of attitude. Expect the series this coming Fall!
“The animatics are gorgeous and the show is outrageously fun!” Cuoco recently teased.
The series follows Harley Quinn’s adventures after she breaks up with the Joker, including receiving help from Poison Ivy and others to become a member of the Legion of Doom.
The voice cast also includes Alan Tudyk as the Joker.
The series is written/exec produced by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey.
