From the makers of “Sherlock”, Claes Bang (The Girl in the Spider’s Web) stars as “Dracula” in a brand new mini-series inspired by Bram Stoker’s classic novel. The series, a Netflix/BBC co-production, will consist of three 90-minute episodes, and we’ve learned today that the blood-sucking fun will begin on New Year’s Day, January 1st, 2020.
The three-day reign of terror then continues on January 2nd and January 3rd on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. All episodes will be airing at 9pm, on their respective nights.
Episode titles are as follows:
- “The Rules of the Beast”
- “Blood Vessel”
- “The Dark Compass”
Written and created by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss, the series is inspired by Bram Stoker’s classic novel and will re-introduce the world to Dracula, the vampire who made evil sexy.
“In Transylvania in 1897, the blood drinking Count is drawing his plans against Victorian London.”
No word yet on when “Dracula” will sink his teeth into Netflix.
