The star-studded “American Horror Story” Season 13 is just a few weeks away at this point, and FX has released a brand new poster this week along with some fresh plot rundowns.
This season is set to be an Avengers: Endgame type event for the long-running “AHS” universe, with Season 13 packed with all your favorite actors and characters from the show’s past.
Here’s the plot synopsis for the premiere episode of “AHS 13″…
“After a near-death experience, Ben provides hospice care for a mysterious client in an eerie penthouse.”
The season premiere is co-written as well as directed by Ryan Murphy.
“American Horror Story” Season 13 premieres September 24 on FX and Hulu. The season will consist of 13 half-hour episodes, with the finale arriving just in time for Halloween.

The cast includes Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe, Leslie Grossman, Joey Pollari, and Jessica Lange. The epic cast also features Avantika, Jamie Brewer, Elle Chapman, Berto Colon, Alex Consani, Frances Conroy, Mat Fraser, Seth Gabel, Orlando Jones, Paul Anthony Kelly, John Carroll Lynch, Tig Notaro, Madelaine Petsch, Fedor Steer, Mena Suvari, Zach Villa, John Waters and more.
And the returning players aren’t playing new characters, but rather reprising their fan favorite characters from seasons past. Many actors will even be playing multiple past characters.
That means Sarah Paulson will play Cordelia Goode, Jessica Lange will play Constance Langdon, Evan Peters will play Kai Anderson, and John Carroll Lynch will play Twisty the Clown from “American Horror Story: Freak Show”… and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
