Another day, another awesome reveal via a new set of screenshots and in-game footage for Capcom’s upcoming Resident Evil 2 remake. Revealed at Gamescom, this new batch reveals Claire for the first time in gameplay. Sporting her redesigned outfit, Claire Redfield is still on her mission to find her missing brother Chris, but runs into not only Sherry Birkin (daughter of William Birkin), but William Birkin himself, sporting that awesome first stage mutation that we all know and love.
Raccoon City Police Chief Brian Irons also shows up in this new batch to be his usual jerk self. No sign of Annette Birkin yet, but you can’t reveal everything with something like this, can you?
Resident Evil 2 is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 25, 2019.
