It’s a bummer that we won’t be getting any more Konami-inspired figures from NECA for the foreseeable future (man I wish that 8-bit styled Simon Belmont had gotten made), but for those who are hardcore collectors, Sideshow Collectibles have something in store for you: A 1/5 Scale Statue of Alucard based on his appearance from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night!
The pre-orders for the statue are up and running, and as expected, it’s both a glorious and expensive collectible. Limited to 1000 pieces and priced at $450 USD, the statue is manufactured by Gantaku Anime, and stands just under 19 inches. The statue features Alucard perched on top of a gothic base. Alucard comes with his sword and a swappable left arm, with one holding the Alucard Shield from SOTN, and the other holding a crucifix necklace. The statue is expected to ship between June and August 2019.
