For you frantic action types who enjoyed Motion Twin’s Dead Cells, there’s some free DLC headed your way on March 28th.
“Rise of The Giant” adds a new area, the Cavern, which holds ten new enemy types, a new boss and probably more deaths. Once you’ve made it through the Cavern, you might want to also keep an eye out for a new hidden level that’s even more difficult than the rest of the DLC. If you complete this level, you can expect a brand new ending.
Along with the new area, you’ve been granted ten new skills, including a flying pet, and ten new weapons. Quite the nice addition to an already excellent game. Plus, it’s friggin’ free! Check out the patch notes to find out more.
