Yes, another game that got leaked has been confirmed, Watch Dogs: Legion is indeed set in a post-Brexit London with the nonsense levels dialed up and the neon dystopia set to blinding.
The trailer shows how you can recruit any character in the game, and they are also quite expendable. Each person has particular skills that can help DedSec liberate London from the oppressive Albion. That of course, includes hacking drones and blowing shit up.

The game is being developed by Ubisoft Toronto, and is coming March 6. 2020 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
