[This Week In Horror] Ghosts, Witches, Zombies, Demons, and More Among the E3 Horror Highlights
On the latest edition of ”This Week In Horror”, with Whitney Moore, we look at some of the biggest horror game news to come out of E3 2019 in Los Angeles, and there has been plenty of it!
There’s reveals for sci-fi horror spinoff Rainbow Six: Quarantine, a Destroy All Humans Remake, and 4v4 Ghostbusters-inspired Midnight Ghost Hunt. Then we saw the return of Nazi zombies in Zombie Army 4: Dead War, and we also got some monster-smashing action in Remnant: From the Ashes and DOOM Eternal.
That’s far from all though! There’s a release date for Lovecraftian sci-fi game Moons of Madness, a gameplay reveal for the highly-anticipated Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, and by far the biggest horror game news of the show, Bloober Team’s Blair Witch game!
If you were wondering just where Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy was all this time, you won’t have to wait much longer. Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Asobo Studio have announced via a new trailer that the game will launch for the Xbox Series, Day One with Xbox Game Pass, as well as PlayStation 5 and Steam on August 27.
Pre-orders are open now, and include the Heritage Pack DLC and an in-game digital artbook.
