So, Looking Glass Studios’ System Shock 2 hits the big 20, and current rights holder Nightdive Studios is rightfully celebrating the classic cyberpunk horror game. We did, too, if you missed it. But with Nightdive currently at work on the System Shock remake, is there anything more that they can do to celebrate? How about an enhanced edition of System Shock 2?
Yes, last night, Nightdive broke the news via Twitter that they’ll be giving the game the enhancement treatment, just as they did last year with the original System Shock.

No details were announced as to what the enhanced version of System Shock 2 entails, but it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibilities that the title will receive widescreen support and upgraded resolution.
