New Mobile Game Based on Upcoming ‘The Addams Family’ Film Hits October 9th
We haven’t had a video game based on The Addams Family for over a decade. And with the upcoming animated movie, it seems like prime time for MGM to have one made.
Due out October 9 from Pixowl for iOS and Android, The Addams Family Mystery Mansion features an original story and simulation gameplay “based on Pixowl’s experience producing hit player-centric world building experiences and character-driven narratives”. The game will be free-to-play, with optional in-game purchases.
In The Addams Family Mystery Mansion, Morticia and Gomez need the player’s help to reunite the rest of the family and re-furnish their home. Through chapters and missions driven by the game’s original story and witty dialog, players will collect favorite characters from the movie and expand their catalogue of spooky furniture and decorations.

The Addams Family hits theatres October 11.
During the Future Games Show, Bandai Namco and Supermassive have announced the first DLC for Little Nightmares III in “The Backstage”. Featuring new puzzles and challenges, this additional content will take players to the darkest part of the Carnevale, where they’ll meet a new character and face new perils. You won’t have to wait long to get it, either, as Little Nightmares III – The Backstage DLC will release on June 12.
In this new adventure, Low will meet Dime, a new child who wears a torch hat, which turns out to be a very helpful tool for finding their way in what lies beneath the curtains of The Carnevale. The two children will have to face new threats and use their light to find a way to save Alone from the hands of the Puppeteer.
In the original game, players meet Low and Alone, who are trapped within the Spiral, a cluster of disturbing places. The two will have to work together to survive in a dangerous world full of delusions. As they scamper and shelter on their journey to escape the grasp of an even greater threat, their senses may also lead them astray into the shadows.
Little Nightmares III is currently available for PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
