Independent games publisher Versus Evil have announced that its apocalyptic zombie shooter Into The Dead 2 will be coming to Nintendo Switch, just in time for Halloween.
The game will launch on October 25, and can currently be pre-ordered on the Nintendo eShop, or if you’re keen on a physical release, Gearbox Publishing will be handling that at participating retailers. An incentive to snag the physical version comes in the form of DLC, where officially-licensed Ghostbusters and Night of The Living Dead missions are included. The DLC will available for purchase separately for the digital version of the game.
The story for Into The Dead 2 has players facing off against hordes of the undead in over 60 fast-paced story-driven levels and 36 additional side story missions. Players will have a vast array of weapons to choose from, across eight different categories.
Those wanting to bite back can choose from 8 loyal animal companions to fight by their side, all of which can be leveled up and come with special abilities.
