Those looking to “try before they buy” with Nioh 2 will be in luck, as Koei Tecmo have announced that the Team Ninja-developed game will hold an open beta test for Nioh 2 from November 1 to 10. The announcement was made during the “Nioh 2 Eternal World Stage” at Tokyo Game Show 2019. The beta will be available as a free download via the PlayStation Store.
On top of that, new gameplay footage was showcased at the Nioh 2 stage event held at the Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia booth, as well as at the Koei Tecmo stage event. The former shows off the three-player multiplayer in the game, while the latter is general gameplay.
Nioh 2 is due out worldwide for PlayStation 4 in early 2020.
