Sega are bringing another arcade classic to the Nintendo eShop later this month in the form of their 1987 action game, Shinobi. Part of their Sega Ages line, the game will be available on January 23rd for $7.99.
The first game in the long-running series, Shinobi stars ninjutsu master Joe Musashi on a mission to single-handedly find and rescue all the children of the Oboro clan who have been kidnapped by a criminal syndicate known as ZEED.
The game will also feature an AGES mode, where that gives a white-robed Musashi extra health and damage, and an added Melee button that lets you dispatch enemies up close without having to work around the normal shuriken firing. Shinobi will also feature difficulty and stage select options, along with a reverse time feature.
