‘Wolfenstein’ Devs And Bethesda Announce New ‘Indiana Jones’ Game!

Published

on

Leave it to Microsoft to flex their newly-acquired Bethesda muscles, as MachineGames, the team behind the recent Wolfenstein games, is currently working on a new Indiana Jones title!

The as-yet-untitled game was announced today by Bethesda, alongside a new teaser trailer. The game will be executive produced by Todd “Skyrim” Howard, in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. No platforms have been announced, but it’s a good bet that the Xbox Series is one of them.

“It’ll be some time before we have more to reveal, but we’re very excited to share today’s news!” explains Bethesda. Lucasfilm Games added, “The game will tell a wholly original, standalone tale set at the height of the career of the famed adventurer.”

This would be the first real Indiana Jones game (other than a handful of mobile games) since 2009’s Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings for the PlayStation 2, Sony PSP, Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii.
