PS5 Owners Get a Sweet Collector’s Edition for ‘Martha Is Dead’

Developer LKA and publisher Wired Productions have unveiled the PlayStation 5-exclusive Collector’s Edition for their upcoming psychological horror game Martha is Dead. Releasing the same day as the other versions, pre-orders for the Collector’s Edition are now open over at Wired Productions for £125.00 (approximately $167.65 USD).

This hefty edition includes:

  • The Original Game Soundtrack on triple vinyl with gatefold sleeve, and includes a digital download copy

  • A physical copy of Martha Is Dead on PlayStation 5

  • Exclusive Metal Case featuring special artwork

  • Hardcover Collector’s Artbook, showcasing an exclusive collection of artworks from the game

  • The White Lady’ book – recount the haunting tale of ‘La Leggenda de La Dama Bianca’, as told in the game

  • A Graphic Novel that details the events that precede the main game

  • Tarot Cards – A full set of 22 exclusive Tarot Cards with unique artwork, as seen in-game

  • Limited Edition Collector’s Coin Pack

  • Double-sided poster featuring iconic artwork from the game

  • Game Map, showing key game locations

  • An exclusive sticker sheet

  • Collector’s box packaging

Wired Productions will also be selling the triple vinyl soundtrack separately, which can also be pre-ordered at Limited Run Games.

Set in Italy 1944 in the midst of the conflict between the Allied and German forces, the desecrated body of a woman named Martha is found drowned. Her twin sister Giulia, the young daughter of a German soldier, must alone deal with the acute trauma of loss and the fallout from her murder. The hunt for the truth is shrouded by mysterious folklore and the horrors of war.

Martha Is Dead will launch on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and the Xbox Series on February 24th.

‘System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary’ Now Available on the Nintendo Switch 2; Free Upgrade Available

Nightdive Studios has given Nintendo Switch 2 fans some love when it comes to System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary. Previously released for the original Switch, players can now grab the Switch 2 version from the Nintendo eShop. Or, if you already own the Switch version, you can grab the Switch 2 version as a free upgrade! There’s even a 40% discount on now until June 23.

Initially launching for PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Humble Store on last June, System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster eventually made it to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch the next month. The Switch 2 version of the game offers enhanced resolution, higher fram rate, and support for mouse control.

Set 42 years after the events of the first game, it’s the year 2114. As you awake from cryo sleep on the FTL ship Von Braun, you are unable to remember who or where you are… and something has gone terribly wrong. Hybrid mutants and deadly robots roam the halls while the cries from the remaining crew reverberate through the cold hull of the ship. SHODAN, a rogue AI bent on the destruction of mankind has taken over and it’s up to you to stop her.

Delve through the corridors of the derelict ship Von Braun and immerse yourself in the story rich atmosphere and environments. Explore deck by deck and unravel the horrifying fate of the Von Braun and her crew.
