Alien Invasion Game ‘Greyhill Incident’ Expands to Consoles for Next Year [Trailer]

Originally slated for a PC release next year, Refugium Games has teamed up with publisher Perp Games to bring Greyhill Incident to consoles. Still slated for a Q2 2023 release, Greyhill Incident will arrive on PC via Steam, as well as the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles via the PlayStation Store and “other consoles”.

Accompanying the news is a new console announcement trailer that feels like a mashup of Signs and Fire in The Sky, which is definitely not a bad thing. In fact, the game is ” inspired by ‘true incidents’, books, tv shows & films from ‘Fire in The Sky’ over to ‘The X-Files’, ‘Communion'” and more.

Greyhill Incident is a story-driven Survival Horror game that takes place during the early 90s. You are Ryan Baker. Equipped with a baseball bat and a few bullets in your revolver, it’s up to you and your neighbours to defend the neighbourhood from an invasion by UFOs & the classic “Greys”.

“There have been some wonderful alien games, films and TV shows throughout the years that really capture the imaginations of the fans,” says Rob Edwards, CEO at Perp Games. “But when it comes to Survival Horror, the genre mainly focuses on zombies and demons. Greyhill Incident is totally unique and ‘we believe’ the fans will love trying to survive an alien invasion.”
