‘Batman: Arkham Trilogy’ Launch Trailer Reveals Robert Pattinson’s ‘The Batman’ Suit as Timed Exclusive [Watch]

With Rocksteady and WB Games’ iconic Batman: Arkham Trilogy arriving next month on the Nintendo Switch, fans have been eager to see what we’re getting in terms of the new suit inspired by Robert Pattinson‘s appearance as The Dark Knight in The Batman. Now, thanks to the new launch trailer, not only do we have a better look at the suit, but we also know that it’s arriving for free on launch day.

For those not in the know, the suit was prematurely released on other platforms for Batman: Arkham Knight before being quickly removed. It’s now confirmed that the suit is a timed exclusive, and will be available for Batman: Arkham Trilogy when it launches on the Nintendo Switch on December 1. As for the PC, PlayStation and Xbox versions, the suit will arrive on those platforms on December 15th.

The Batman: Arkham Trilogy brings the acclaimed trio of Arkham games to the Switch, complete with all of the previously-released DLC. And yes, that DLC also includes the once-exclusive PlayStation 3 content for Batman: Arkham Asylum that saw you play as The Joker. You can pre-order the collection now via the Nintendo eShop.

The games in the collection —Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight— can also be found on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, and the Xbox One.

Upcoming “Unholy Alliance” Update for ‘Cult of the Lamb’ Adds Local Co-op and More [Teaser]

Published

on

Cult of the Lamb players will be getting more free goodies later this summer with the Unholy Alliance update. Coming August 12, the update introduces a brand new playable character in the Goat, which coincides with the game allowing local co-op.

With the Unholy Alliance update, the entire Cult of the Lamb campaign will be playable in local co-op. Players will also be able to enjoy special 2-player versions of existing mini-games, such as Fishing and Knucklebones, as well as choose from a selection of weapons, tarot cards, curses, and corrupted relics as your cooperative crusades progress.

The Lamb and Goat can also swap weapons, deal extra damage when fighting back to back, and even deliver a critical hit when their attacks are in sync. Good news for those who prefer to stay alone in their corner: they will be able to benefit from various new powers.

In addition to the addition of cooperative play, the Unholy Alliance expansion adds several tarot cards, relics, buildings, fleeces, character traits and quests, as well as the addition of new secrets to discover.

More information on the update will be released as the launch date creeps closer. Cult of The Lamb is available now on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch.
