Bleed Together in New ‘Painkiller’ Gameplay Trailer [Watch]
With that October 21 release date creeping closer for Painkiller, 3D Realms and developer Anshar Studios have unleashed a brutal new gameplay trailer entitled “Blood Pact”, highlighting the game’s co-op action as you descend to the depths of Purgatory. Face off against demons, titans, and other unimaginable horrors as you team up with friends and unload with an array of infernal weapons.
Painkiller sees you solo or team up with three other players to battle across gruesome gothic environments to stop the fallen angel Azazel’s invasion of Earth and earn your salvation. You’ll jump, hook and dash across the vast levels while fighting nightmarish enemies in bloody, fast-paced combat with a host of new and classic Painkiller weapons. Use tarot cards to upgrade your abilities, rank up to expand your arsenal, and team up with other players to obliterate all foes. Unlike the original game, you play as one of four distinctive characters – Ink, Void, Sol and Roch – each with unique perks to boost your energy, health, power and damage.
And if you need a break rampaging across Purgatory, you can enter the new Rogue Angel Mode, a brutal roguelike mode completely separate from the main campaign, where you and your friends advance through procedurally generated arenas, collect tarot cards, weapons, and items along the way, and take on epic bosses.
Painkiller will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.

‘Little Nightmares III’ DLC “The Backstage” Releases June 12 [Trailer]
During the Future Games Show, Bandai Namco and Supermassive have announced the first DLC for Little Nightmares III in “The Backstage”. Featuring new puzzles and challenges, this additional content will take players to the darkest part of the Carnevale, where they’ll meet a new character and face new perils. You won’t have to wait long to get it, either, as Little Nightmares III – The Backstage DLC will release on June 12.
In this new adventure, Low will meet Dime, a new child who wears a torch hat, which turns out to be a very helpful tool for finding their way in what lies beneath the curtains of The Carnevale. The two children will have to face new threats and use their light to find a way to save Alone from the hands of the Puppeteer.
In the original game, players meet Low and Alone, who are trapped within the Spiral, a cluster of disturbing places. The two will have to work together to survive in a dangerous world full of delusions. As they scamper and shelter on their journey to escape the grasp of an even greater threat, their senses may also lead them astray into the shadows.
Little Nightmares III is currently available for PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
