Horror Comedy Game ‘Panic Delivery’ Asks You to Risk Your Life to Meet Your Quota [Trailer]

Daymare: 1998 and Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle developer Invader Studios has announced Panic Delivery, a chaotic multiplayer co-op horror-comedy where players step into the role of highly disposable couriers in a dystopian world ruled by monsters. Coming to Steam Early Access in Q2 2026, you will navigate a variety of high-risk assignments in a frantic 4-player online co-op experience.

In this corporate nightmare, human clones are the backbone of the workforce, mainly because they’re cheap, replaceable, and moderately edible. Your job? Deliver packages. Your challenge? Survive long enough to complete the route. Each courier team gets 99 lives to burn through, but don’t get comfortable, because management is watching how you spend every single one. Remember: If the customers don’t get you, management definitely will.

Players will visit a variety of locations for their assignments, from a monster-infested haunted amusement park and the human-cloning Panic Factory itself, to a mysterious Antarctic base hiding alien secrets. You’ll be tasked with one of three mission types—Delivery, Recovery, and Smuggling–each offering unique challenges, dangerous encounters, and high-stakes rewards for those who manage to survive. As mentioned, you’ll have 99 lives to burn through, turning failure into fuel for chaotic fun as players regroup, respawn, and repeatedly throw themselves back into the action.

Keep in mind that this is a shared pool of lives. Each team death brings you closer to total failure, wiping session-based progression like packages, items, and earnings. Lives follow the host’s save, while individual progression (cosmetics, challenges, titles) remains intact.

Luckily, you’re not defenseless. You’re able to fend off hostile monsters or outrun them using weapons, gadgets, traversal tools, and monster repellents. Though admittedly, sometimes running really is the best option.
