Konami will be bringing the big guns for PAX West this year, announcing that three of its most iconic franchises will be making an appearance at the Seattle Convention Center from September 4 to September 7. Konami’s booth will feature themed experiences from the Metal Gear, Castlevania, and Silent Hill series, spotlighting their three 2026 releases in Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, Silent Hill: Townfall, and Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse.
Per the press release, each franchise will offer interactive experiences, photo opportunities and exclusive giveaways for fans throughout the event. Beyond the show floor, Konami will bring developers and special guests to the PAX West main stage for live panels celebrating Silent Hill: Townfall and Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, ahead of their respective September and October launches.
For Castlevania fans, attendees at PAX West can play a demo of Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse and receive an exclusive Tarot Card inspired by those featured in the game (while supplies last and distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis). The game’s producer, Tsutomu Taniguchi, will be in attendance alongside special guests for an exclusive in-person chat discussing the behind-the-scenes process of developing the vampire-slaying action adventure.
As for those looking forward to Silent Hill: Townfall, the booth space recreates the Scottish coastal town of St. Amelia, and features a special interactive experience where visitors can decipher clues about the game. Fans can have the chance to receive an exclusive PAX West 2026 item after visiting the booth (again, first come, first served). A special live panel will also take place on the PAX West main stage. More details on panel guests are to be revealed at a later date.
Finally, for those looking to dig into the follow-up to 2023’s Master Collection Vol. 1, the Konami booth will feature life-sized mechanical Gekkos from Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, which will be included in Master Collection Vol. 2, alongside Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Metal Gear: Ghost Babel.
Fans who visit the booth can take a photo with a 10-foot tall Gekko mech and a Metal Gear-themed car specially painted by Japan-based mural artist collective OVER ALLs. Fans will also get a chance to earn a unique gift inspired by Old Snake.
Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse launches October 15 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. The Nintendo Switch version will arrive “later in 2026.” Silent Hill: Townfall will release for PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on September 24. Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 arrives August 27 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
