DreadXP and developer Games From the Abyss (creators of The Lacerator) have announced a bite-sized, first-person horror title in CONCRETE BURIAL, which is slated for release on Steam on September 17. Accompanying the announcement is the game’s trailer, which gives the first glimpse at the catacombs and some of its inhabitants, including a mysterious ancient entity who is always watching.
The story casts you as a knight of the Crimson Clan, who has embarked on a perilous journey into an ancient labyrinthian crypt, driven by a legend that proclaims an irrefutable wish shall be granted to those who collect the four artifacts of desire. To obtain these artifacts, you’ll need to explore an ever-expanding maze while being challenged in four unique trials. Those who find and earn the fabled artifacts will then be able to confront God and obtain your wish.
Making things interesting is the fact that your weapon, the only one you have, consumes your own blood every time you shoot, making you have to plan your attacks wisely.
