Bloody-Disgusting has teamed up with NYC 70’s psychedelic instrumental group Budos Band to bring you the exclusive music video premiere of “Aphasia”. The video, directed by Stephen Pitalo, is montage of 60’s and 70’s horror clips, ranging from supernatural to slasher, cult to demonic possession. What’s great about this video is that the music fits it perfectly, exuding that wonderful giallo style that makes soundtracks stand out as one of the best characters in a film.
Seriously, this video and the song are a perfect way to hype up your Halloween anticipation, so get down there and check it out!
“Aphasia” comes from the band’s brand new album Burnt Offering, which you can purchase in different formats here.
The band explains:
The darkness of Aphasia is apparent in these classic horror clips, which highlight our fascination with the occult, the evil and the bizarre. The demons of the underworld had their way with our new album “Burnt Offering,” which has dropped chillingly close to Halloween. This new video gives a glimpse into the darkness that pervades not only “Aphasia” but every track of the new record.
