Fox 5 in New York just released this video that reveals an interesting name behind FOX’s “Scream Queens,” which debuted last night.
Heather Langenkamp – who you may remember as Nancy in Wes Craven’s A Nightmare On Elm Street, gave Fox 5’s Simone Boyce a tour of her special effects house AFX Studio where she and her husband are hard at work on some creepy visuals for “Scream Queens,” including the iconic devil mask seen through many of the promos.
Langenkamp is married to David LeRoy Anderson, an Academy Award-winning makeup artist. They own AFX Studio. They have worked on Dawn of the Dead, Cinderella Man, Cabin in the Woods, Star Trek: Into Darkness, Hotel, and now “Scream Queens.”
