Check Out This Wicked Custom ‘Evil Dead 2’ LED Lamp!
I’ve often mentioned how much I love seeing the creativity of people. Seeing the passion and ingenuity when it comes to enjoying a fandom is something really heartwarming, especially knowing that it almost always comes from a place of veneration.
That’s why I absolutely LOVE this Evil Dead 2 inspired LED lamp, which was created by Gearbox Designs. The lamp shows Henrietta as though she is pushing up the cellar door and it has an unearthly green glow illuminating her cut out. The box the lamp is contained in is made to look almost like the cabin from the film, scratched and weathered to appear more aged.
The below video shows the process of it being built and while it’s very cool to see it constructed from beginning to end I would’ve like some overdubs explaining exactly what was being done so that I could potentially follow along if I ever got the inspiration/energy. Then again, that’s about as likely to happen as Ash getting his hand back!
