The night he… waited… and waited… and waited.
Right about now we can’t help but feel a bit like Michael Myers, not-so-patiently waiting for the release of a brand new Halloween film this coming October. The film, a sequel to John Carpenter’s original classic, promises to recapture the atmosphere and terror of the 1978 slasher, pitting Laurie and Michael up against each other one last time.
While we wait, let’s kill some time with, well, He Waits.
Written and directed by D.M. Cunningham, He Waits is a new fan parody of the Halloween films, giving us insight into Michael’s routine as an older man. He’s tired, nodding off between kills and just generally losing his passion for the killing business.
Let’s hope Michael is a bit more spry in this year’s official movie!
