If Ari Aster’s Hereditary was ruined for you in theaters by idiots in the audience laughing during its darkest moments (*raises hand*), you’ll probably have a much better time with the film when it arrives for digital purchase tomorrow, August 21. Of course, if you’d rather wait to own it physically, you’ll be able to grab the DVD or Blu-ray next month, on September 4.
With the film back in the news due to the impending digital release, Twitter user @DirtyPigeon just put together a surprisingly perfect mash-up video, one that seamlessly blends the super dark and utterly disturbing horror movie with 2014’s heartwarming family film, Paddington.
