Brad Pitt is getting his own Gravity in the thrilling Ad Astra from Walt Disney Studios and being released September 20, 2019, via 20th Century Fox.
Pitt stars as Astronaut Roy McBride who travels to the outer edges of the solar system to find his missing father (Tommy Lee Jones) and unravel a mystery that threatens the survival of our planet. His journey will uncover secrets that challenge the nature of human existence and our place in the cosmos.

“It’s very Heart of Darkness. It’s sorta like, if you got Apocalypse Now and 2001 in a giant mash-up and you put a little [Joseph] Conrad in there and you hope its as good,” director James Gray said earlier this year.
