Back in the magical and majestic age of white wash jeans, neon lights, and half popped collars known as the 80’s a gmae known as River City Ransom was released. Well, 22 years later, River City Ransom 2 is announced by Japanese Developer Miracle Kidz.
The original River City Ransom as you can see by the video above is a classic beat’em up. The bad news? It’s looking to be a Japan only release. Time to start a petition? I think so. The game will be released this summer on an unnamed console, and on the PC in 2012. Keep your fingers crossed for a North American release, and I’ll keep you updated if I hear more.
