Sweet ‘The Collector’ Motion Poster!
Beyond the break you can check out our exclusive look at Freestyle Releasing’s motion poster for The Collector, which arrives in theaters July 31 from Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton (Feast-III, Saw IV-VI). The slasher follows the story of handyman and ex-con Arkin, who aims to repay a debt to his ex-wife by robbing his new employer’s country home. Unfortunately for Arkin, a far worse enemy has already laid claim to the property – and the family. As the seconds tick down to midnight, Arkin becomes a reluctant hero trapped by a masked “Collector” in a maze of lethal invention – the Spanish Inquisition as imagined by Rube Goldberg – while trying to rescue the very family he came to rob.

In Curry Barker’s theatrical debut Obsession, after breaking the mysterious One Wish Willow to win his crush’s heart, a hopeless romantic finds himself getting exactly what he asked for but soon discovers that some desires come at a dark, sinister price.
The cast and crew weigh in on the central performances in the film below, pointing out Bear’s unique journey from protagonist to villain. The breakout portrayal of Freaky Nikki, of course, takes center stage in the discussion.
