Media Blasters, Inc. and Shriek Show Announce ‘Late Fee’
Media Blasters, Inc. and Shriek Show are proud to announce the release of LATE FEE, the new Fever Dreams produced horror feature film in the tradition of CREEPSHOW, TALES FROM THE CRYPT and TWILIGHT ZONE. The film receives its world premiere on October 1st in New York City and hits DVD shelves everywhere just in time for Halloween.
It’s Halloween eve and a young couple- a BOY (J.D. Brown) and GIRL (Stephanie Danielson) are desperate for something to do. They find an out of the way DVD store just as it’s closing for a private party.
They beg the proprietor (Rick Poli) to let them rent some DVDs and ask for the `scariest’ movies in the store. The storeowner reluctantly rents them his two most prized horror DVDs on the strict condition that they return them before midnight or pay the severe late fee. The couple leaves as the OWNER locks up the store to join his masked guests in the Halloween festivities.
The planned quiet evening at home turns out to be not so quiet with interruptions by trick-or- treaters and ultimately a surprise visit from the DVD STORE OWNER and his creepy costumed entourage! It’s passed midnight and the couple forgot to return the DVDs! Halloween turns into a real nightmare when they realize that the late fee must be paid for in blood!
LATE FEE will receive its world premiere on October 1st in New York City at the Kraine Theater (85 E. 4th Street, Bowery & 2nd Ave.) for two nights only. October 1-2 with an 8:00pm showtime both nights. Tickets will be available at the Kraine Theater box office.

Horror Romance ‘Leviticus’ Heads Home to Digital Next Week
After releasing in theaters last month, NEON announced today that horror romance Leviticus will arrive on digital platforms to rent or own beginning July 28, followed by a Blu-ray/4K Ultra HD Combo and DVD release on September 8, 2026.
Leviticus marks the feature debut by writer/director Adrian Chiarella.
Joe Bird (Talk to Me) and Stacy Clausen play star-crossed teenage boys who must escape a violent entity that takes the form of the person they desire most — each other.
Mia Wasikowska (Crimson Peak), Jeremy Blewitt, Ewen Leslie (The Nightingale), and Davida McKenzie (Silent Night) round out the cast of horror movie Leviticus.
“Leviticus is a strong debut with an incisive voice at the helm,” I wrote in my review out of Sundance. “We care deeply about Naim and Ryan’s survival, making Leviticus a tense, atmospheric, and claustrophobic vision of young love in a hateful world.”
“Leviticus is the perfect title for writer-director Adrian Chiarella‘s powerful feature debut,” Meagan’s review explains, “a searing anthem against the corrosive nature of fear and bigotry.”
The physical media release comes packed with exclusive bonus features, the home entertainment release includes a feature commentary with Adrian Chiarella, interviews with Chiarella, Stacy Clausen, and Joe Bird, an exclusive behind-the-scenes featurette, and the official trailer.
Look for Leviticus on Digital next week, and check out the box art for September’s Blu-ray release this September.
