Bloody Disgusting got the exclusive tip on the first ever potential casting for Lionsgate’s Silent Hill: Revelations 3D, which began lensing in Toronto today!
We can exclusively reveal that an offer is out to Adelaide Clemens (X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Vampire) has signed on as “Heather” and that Sean Bean (Black Death, Silent Hill) is now in negotiations to return to the franchise as “Harry”! I haven’t played all of the “Silent Hill” games (nor do I remember the first film all that well), so I’m not exactly sure how he’d return. He starred as Christopher Da Silva in the 2006 adaptation.
The Michael J. Bassett-directed (Solomon Kane, Deathwatch) Silent Hill: Revelation 3D, based on the acclaimed survival horror video game franchise by Konomi, is a sequel to Hadida and Carmody’s earlier collaboration, Christophe Gans’ Silent Hill.
“For years, Heather Mason (Clemmons) and her father have been on the run, always one step ahead of dangerous forces that she doesn’t fully understand. Now on the eve of her 18th birthday, plagued by terrifying nightmares and the disappearance of her father, Heather discovers she’s not who she thinks she is. The revelation leads her deeper into a demonic world that threatens to trap her in Silent Hill forever.”

In the horror movie, “A routine domestic flight turns into the flight from hell through a series of inexplicable phenomena and raw terror. Surreal encounters blur the boundaries between reality and nightmare. Passengers fight against all the odds in an attempt to survive while combating bizarre technological malfunctions, accelerating supernatural events, and alien influences.”
The film is based on the short film The Vessel, and an original screenplay from horror writer Stephen Susco (The Grudge, The Grudge 2, Texas Chainsaw 3D, Hell Fest).
Steven Quale (Into the Storm, Final Destination 5) directs.
Tom Brittney, Holly Leena White, Betsy Blue English, Dane Whyte O’Hara, Kaja Chan, Asa Ali, Boadicea Ricketts, Ceallach Spellman, Georgina Leonidas, Molly Belle Wright, Hanneke Talbot, Danny Mack, and Weronika Rosati star in Black Box.
Hammerstone Studios’ Alex Lebovici (Barbarian, Boy Kills World) and Jon Oakes (Drive, The Guilty) will produce alongside Capstone’s Christian Mercuri and David Haring (Bill & Ted Face the Music), Warren Zide (The Final Destination, American Pie), and Susco. Ruzanna Kegeyan and Roman Viaris of Capstone, and Clark Baker (Vessel) will executive produce.
