This movie was badass. There was some gore that was totally original, things I’d never seen before. I hadn’t seen any of the other Coffin Joe films, but this one does a good job of filling you in on the plots of the previous films as it goes along. Joe is a really fun, evil bastard to watch.
Incredibly original horror film – with balls. Loved being introduced to the coffin Joe series with this, the third film. Highly recommended to all horror fans.
My first Coffin Joe film; Embodiment of Evil was a incredibly grisly, trippy hour a half horror tour de force. Accessible to CJ newbies, intelligent, quickly paced and full of thrills, chills and gore. Highly Recommended.
