    This year’s horror fest was pretty good. All of the movies were fairly well done.

    Dread- 7.5/10. A great dark, psychological thriller. Good atmosphere, actors, and was very distrubing.

    Kill Theory- 7.0/20. A cool Saw/ Scream hybrid. The actors were decent and the setting was fairly generic. But the twists and turns made up for it.

    The Reeds- 6.5/10. An odd Triangle like movie. Had some great scenes but the ending makes you feel cheated.

    The Final- 6.5/10. A fairly entertaining teen revenge thriller. Had some nice scenes. Not amazing though.

    Zombies of Mass Destruction- 6.0/10. A fun political zomedy. I enjoyed this almost as much as Shaun of the Dead (Which I enjoyed a little, not a lot).

    Lake Mungo- 6.0/10. A very eerie supernatural thriller. But it fails to chill you more than once (Cell phone sequence is the only time). Otherwise a fairly good film

    The Graves- 6.0/10. A fun B movie. Not Oscar worthy in anything really but a fiarly average movie, that intends to give viewers a good time.

    Hidden- 5.0/10. The only film I disliked. It was fairly boring and it felt very lackluster in the end, which to me made very little sense. Plus I almost fell asleep 20-30 times.

    Overall I’d give the fest a 6.5/10. But I have to round to a 7 or 6. I’ll choose a 7.

    After a couple of the previous After Dark films this time we got the fourth After Dark Horrorfest so which means there are a couple of new Horror movies in the fourth After Dark Horrorfest. I’ve only seen one film and that is Dread the Clive Barker adaptation I’ll try to watch the rest of the After Dark Horrorfest movies although I saw the trailer of each film and I’ll give them a couple of ratings.
    Dread – 8/10
    Kill Theory – 8/10
    The Reeds – 7/10
    The Graves – 4/10
    Lake Mungo – 8/10
    Hidden – 7/10
    ZMD Zombies of Mass Destruction – 1/10
    The Final – 8/10
    Overall the fourth After Dark Horrorfest gets a 19/30
