OMFG Of The Day: Amazon To Release ‘F.E.A.R 3’ Comic Written By Steve Niles With Pre-Orders!
It is no secret that “F.E.A.R” is one of the most popular horror franchises currently running in the world of video games, and with that said it should come as no shock that the release of the franchises’ third installment is one of the most hotly anticipated of 2011. Adding to the hype this week, Amazon.com announced that they will be releasing a prequel comic written by Steve Niles (“30 DAYS OF NIGHT”, “MYSTERY SOCIETY”) that will be available exclusively to those that pre-order the game through their website. The book will serve as connective tissue between the events of the new comic series on its way from Day 1 Studios and the events of the first game. Sweetening the deal, Amazon is also offering $20s back to whoever purchases the game, which will be available to them for any future purchase! Collin Kelly & Jackson Lanzing (Batman – One Bad Day: Clayface, Star Trek: The Last Starship) co-write the upcoming IDW Dark horror comic, featuring art by Heather Vaughan.
