Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the most excited I have EVER been for a DVD release. It was revealed today that John Gulager's Feast 2: Sloppy Seconds will be arriving at a retailer near you on October 21. No word on if a Blu-ray will hit the same day (please, please, please). It is the morning after, and we pick up with the survivors of FEAST's terrifying night before. There are more monsters and they are even angrier/hungrier. The monsters have made it into the small neighboring town in the middle of nowhere and the surviving locals have to band together to figure out how to survive. Like that is even a real possibility. Will HONEY PIE pay for her desertion? Will TUFFY make it to HEROINE's kid in time? Is that HARLEY MOM's twin sister? So many questions, it will take another sequel to answer them all. But for now, we can only sit back and be terrorized.
Feast Was The Best Horror Movie In Years. I Live In The UK, And It has yet to be released on DVD here So i Doubt if Feast 2 Will. But, I Cant wait to see it. :)
Everyone I know absolutely LUVS Feast, and I can hardly think of a genre movie which might be more hotly anticipated. Let's just hope they made it back to back with the 3rd installment, as rumored.
Feast blended horror and comedy like I've never seen before, a great soundtrack,and a pleasing cast. DON'T SCREW UP ON THE SEQUEL PLEASE cause it will be a huge disapointment for the fans of the first movie. 1. Don't avoid gore, that put a plus for the first film. 2. make it as funny as hell, screams and laughter is a good combination. 3. good cast = very important, make the audience laugh, don't make the acting laughable. don't give your hopes up this might be a good sequel!
