While we broke the massive news last week that Scream 4 has officially begun development, those hooligans over at TMZ caught up with SCREAM star David Arquette over at the Presidential Inauguration in Washington D.C. yesterday morning who revealed nothing new about the project but did confirm our reports that things are moving along. “There’s big talk about it now, it’s not just the internet,” Arquette states, “there’s actual calls being made.” As you may recall, we reported that Kevin Williamson is writing the first draft (as we speak), Wes Craven could return to direct, offers were made to David Arquette, Courtney Cox Arquette and Neve Campbell to play cameos and we even broke the news on the story.
