Twentieth Century Fox has tapped Michael B. Jordan (“The Wire”, Blackout) and Alex Russell (Bait) for lead roles in supernatural thriller Chronicle. Thesps join “In Treatment” actor Dane DeHaan.
Josh Trank will make his feature directorial debut from a script penned by Max Landis (son of John Landis). John Davis is producing under his Davis Entertainment banner along with Adam Schroeder.
While studio is keeping most project details under wraps, the pic follows three Portland teens after they develop powers from exposure to a mysterious substance.
