‘True Blood: The Complete Fourth Season’ Dated For Home Video

Want to relive the season that destroyed “True Blood”?
In an early announcement to retailers, HBO is planning to bring “True Blood: The Complete Fourth Season” to Blu-ray on May 29.
“Another supernatural force has come to light in Bon Temps – witchcraft – and life for its residents will never be the same. Sookie (Anna Paquin, ‘The Piano’) finds herself entangled in a love triangle – torn between a vengeful Bill (Stephen Moyer, ‘The Double’), the new Vampire King of Mississippi, and Eric (Alexander Skarsgård, ‘Straw Dogs’), who’s not the former Viking he once was. Led by a charismatic witch named Marnie (Fiona Shaw, ‘The Tree of Life’), who threatens to let no one living or dead stand in her way, a powerful coven tempts Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis, ‘The Help’), Tara (Rutina Wesley, ‘True Blood: The Complete First Season’), and Jesus (Kevin Alejandro, ‘Red State’) with otherworldly powers. Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll, ‘True Blood: The Complete Second Season’) tries to adjust to a domestic life, while Jason (Ryan Kwanten, ‘Red Hill’) finds himself alone in werepanther territory. Arlene (Carrie Preston, ‘Doubt’) and Terry (Todd Lowe, ‘True Blood: The Complete Third Season’) come to terms with their highly unusual baby, and Alcide (Joe Manganiello, ‘Spider-Man’) finds himself caught in the clutches of an old flame.”
The box set will present every episode with 1080p (1.78:1) video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements include: audio commentaries on six selected episodes, Inside the Episodes featurettes, True Blood: The Final Touches featurette, True Blood Lines, True Time Line, Enhanced viewing modes: – Character perspectives, Flashbacks/flashforwards, Vampire histories/Character bios/Hints/FYIs, and Post-production roundtable. ![]()

Horror Romance ‘Leviticus’ Heads Home to Digital Next Week
After releasing in theaters last month, NEON announced today that horror romance Leviticus will arrive on digital platforms to rent or own beginning July 28, followed by a Blu-ray/4K Ultra HD Combo and DVD release on September 8, 2026.
Leviticus marks the feature debut by writer/director Adrian Chiarella.
Joe Bird (Talk to Me) and Stacy Clausen play star-crossed teenage boys who must escape a violent entity that takes the form of the person they desire most — each other.
Mia Wasikowska (Crimson Peak), Jeremy Blewitt, Ewen Leslie (The Nightingale), and Davida McKenzie (Silent Night) round out the cast of horror movie Leviticus.
“Leviticus is a strong debut with an incisive voice at the helm,” I wrote in my review out of Sundance. “We care deeply about Naim and Ryan’s survival, making Leviticus a tense, atmospheric, and claustrophobic vision of young love in a hateful world.”
“Leviticus is the perfect title for writer-director Adrian Chiarella‘s powerful feature debut,” Meagan’s review explains, “a searing anthem against the corrosive nature of fear and bigotry.”
The physical media release comes packed with exclusive bonus features, the home entertainment release includes a feature commentary with Adrian Chiarella, interviews with Chiarella, Stacy Clausen, and Joe Bird, an exclusive behind-the-scenes featurette, and the official trailer.
Look for Leviticus on Digital next week, and check out the box art for September’s Blu-ray release this September.
