Below you’ll find a pretty awesome “Click it or Ticket” ad produced by Arthur Agency for the Illinois Department of Transportation. While I’ll never understand why we’re being treated like children, the commercial is outstanding. Watch it below.
The promotional spot has 3 nearly identical versions, two in English with different drivers and one in Spanish. The zombie make-up was created by Kip Polley, President at Pale Night Productions, a haunt industry FX shop based in Saint Louis, Mo. Dark River Press reports.
