‘Frontier(s)’ Director Feeling ‘Cold Skin’

David Slade is officially off of Madrid and Paris-based Kanzaman’s Cold Skin as genre specialist Xavier Gens (The Divide, Hitman, Frontiere(s)) is now attached to direct psychological thriller, says Variety.

Set on an Antarctic island, “Skin” adapts Catalan writer Albert Sanchez Pinol’s eponymous bestseller. The novel chronicles the stay of an unnamed weather official on a remote island in the south Atlantic close to the Antarctic Circle

Spain’s Jesus Olmo (Linked, 28 Weeks Later) penned the script.

Now in pre-production, Skin is budgeted at around € million ($23 million).Cold Skin
