“Dexter”‘s Dad Grows ‘Horns’ For Mandalay Pictures
James Remar (pictured), who plays Dexter’s dad in Showtime’s serial killer drama “Dexter,” has joined the cast of Mandalay Pictures’ Horns, reports Variety.
Daniel Radcliffe, Max Minghella, Juno Temple, Joe Anderson and Kelli Garner also star, with Alexandre Aja helming. Red Granite Pictures is financing and co-producing.
“The pic revolves around a man (Radcliffe) who finds that the horns growing out of his head drive people to confess their sins and give in to their impulses.”
Remar, repped by Gersh and Lighthouse Entertainment, is a regular on Showtime’s “Dexter” and will be seen later this year in Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained.

I don’t understand how Horns is being made into a movie before the infinitely better Heart Shaped Box.
