RZA, Frontman of the infamous Wu-Tang-Clan, recently turned director with the help of Quentin Tarantino, and he’s already got a big new project in the works. RZA and Reginald Hudlin are to adapt Image’s new vulgar crime series, Happy, written by Grant Morrison. Heat Vision reports that Morrison will pen the script himself.
Morrison’s first issue of “Happy” only made it’s debut a few weeks ago, gaining notice for it’s explicit use of language. The series follows ex-copper, now-hitman Nick Sax, who begins to have visions of a childish, cartoon horse after suffering an injury on the job. The book is illustrated by Darick Robertson, and issue #2 is set for release on October 30th.
