Survival Horror Game ‘Outlast’ Will Be Playable At PAX East Later This Month

Outlast, the debut game from indie developer Red Barrels will be playable to the public for the first time at PAX East later this month (March 22-24). “We got a huge amount of fantastic, positive feedback when we unveiled Outlast a few months back, so we knew we wanted to provide gamers with a chance to play it as soon as possible,” said Red Barrels co-founder David Chateauneuf in a press release. The game looks terrifying to me, but don’t take my word for it — check out the trailer after the break.

I do take your word for it, Proper creepy and scary! I wonder they will release it properly! This indeed looks promising!

Didn’t you just do a review over Shattered Memories. I’ve gotten to used to fighting the monsters instead or running from them in games. Maybe a refreshing change I did love Shattered Memories So I’ll definitely check this out sometime I have wanted to play Amnesia, Penumbra and a few others. Run and gun has spoiled me a little :).
